The Hotel Haus am Zoo which is 1km away is your first contact when you arrive and our team will look after you during your stay.

Here you can check-in, get your key and invoice. If you have any questions or requests the hotel staff will be more than happy to help.

The daily service time we offer is from 7.00am til midnight. For later arrivals you will receive a code for the check-in box (only possible with prepayment).
